As a new type of energy-saving blower, maglev centrifugal blower can save 30%~ 50% of electricity compared with conventional Roots blower and multistage centrifugal blower, and has been widely used in sewage treatment aeration process in recent years.

Advantages of using maglev blowers:

(1) Magnetic levitation centrifugal blower compared with other types of blowers, its power saving rate is higher.

(2) The magnetic levitation blower can find the best energy-saving working point according to the actual working conditions. When aerating the IMC pool, the power is only about 84kW, which is far lower than the operating power of the multi-stage centrifugal turbo blower about 154kW, and the pre-aeration of the regulating pool is realized.

(3) The magnetic levitation blower comes with a flowmeter, and the operator can freely adjust (add or reduce) the air volume according to the dissolved oxygen situation of each IMC pool; In case of emergency, the air valve is automatically opened for pressure relief, and self-protection is provided with power failure.

(4) The magnetic levitation blower has its own inverter, which has low starting current and small impact on the power grid.

(5) The magnetic levitation bearing is in a suspended state when working, so the blower vibration is very small.
