Recently, we were approached by a cement plant. The customer originally used roots blower as a equipment for gas transportation, the blower power is 500 kW, the annual power consumption is about 4 million KWH, and the electricity bill is about 2.4 million yuan. The customer wanted to retrofit the roots blower, and our solution to the customer was to replace the existing blower with our maglev turbo blower with a blower power of 110 kW. After the transformation, the energy saving effect of the blower has reached 30%, saving 720,000 yuan of electricity, and the investment payback period is only 2 years.
