1. Product introduction
Magnetic levitation high-speed centrifugal air compressor is a new type of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection compressor formed by integrating magnetic levitation bearing technology and high-speed motor technology into the traditional compressor. It has the advantages of no oil, no friction, simple structure, efficient intelligence, integration, simple operation and maintenance, and low operating costs. It can be widely used in pharmaceutical, textile, glass, electric power, mineral, food, fermentation, paper and other industries, with remarkable energy-saving effect.
2. Working principle
Magnetic levitation high-speed centrifugal air compressor adopts the direct drive structure of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor, and integrates the centrifugal impeller and motor drive. It detects the vibration and space gap of the rotor shaft in real time through the built-in displacement sensor, sends the obtained signal to the magnetic bearing controller for conditioning, analysis and calculation, generates the control current, and then inputs the current into the magnetic bearing rotating coil to generate the electromagnetic force, so as to realize the suspension of the rotor shaft. The main function of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is to drive the rotation of the rotor shaft. It generates a frequency-controlled current through the frequency converter, and inputs the current into the rotating magnetic field generated by the motor stator to drive the rotor shaft to rotate at high speed. The high efficiency centrifugal impeller adopts aero-pneumatic design and is directly driven by the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Under high speed rotation, the impeller generates kinetic energy and pressure potential energy, so that the gas enters the -stage compression and enters the secondary compression after cooling by the intercooler, thus improving the unit efficiency to meet the needs of various working conditions.

2. No lubricating oil, the maintenance cost is 50% lower than the oil compressor:
Oil-free design not only excludes the possibility of reducing efficiency due to oil pollution, but also eliminates the use of oil management accessories such as: oil heaters, oil pumps, oil separators, oil filters, etc.
3. Ultra-light body design:
A 120-ton compressor weighs only 295 pounds, or one-fifth the weight of some conventional machines.
4. Static operation process:
The sound during operation is less than 70 decibels
5. Soft boot:
Compressors redefine soft start, our maglev compressors only need 2 amps of starting current, while conventional compressors require 500 to 600 amps.
